A. Either its being Custom Made/Hand Crafted or Made Upon Ordering sometimes it can be shipped from China, which would cause the shipping delivery time to take more than standard.

Q. Can Products Be Returned, If so How Does The Returning process work?

A. Yes, Products can be returned for free if you received the wrong item(our mistake), item arrived damaged upon opening(delivery/carrier damage). Must call our customer service team within 12 hours of delivery trace time. If the wrong size was selected, we can do exchange or refund but Customer is responsible for postage and return shipping fees. Must call and return within 30 days of receiving the item. Once item is scanned in; Your refund will be processed and available within 3-5 business days or 7-10 days depending on your bank institution.
